Herbert L. Kloiber launched NTM in February 2020.

Prior to forming NTM, Herbert Kloiber served as the Managing Director of Germany’s Tele München Group (TMG) and its seven subsidiaries including Concorde Film, Concorde Home Entertainment, TELE5, TMI, ODD and Clasart.

During his 2012-19 tenure overseeing all operations, strategy, acquisitions, sales, co-productions and co-financing for the leading European media company, Herbert Kloiber was credited with spearheading TMG’s expansion into the direct-to-consumer market with the launch of the SVOD service Filmtastic; entering into strategic output deals with Netflix and Amazon; optimizing the value of its content with more efficient windowing across its distribution platforms; and expanding revenue streams internationally through distribution, co-production and direct investments in IP-based production companies such as Storied Media Group.

Olivia Pahl joined NTM in September 2020 from StudioCanal TV and Tandem Productions, where she rose to Head of Development after joining the company in 2015.

In the role, the creative executive worked closely with writers in a supportive role while leading partner management and creative development across development, production and post-production pipelines.

Additionally, she managed third-party submissions; served as Co-Executive Producer of Shadowplay, an eight-part thriller series produced by Tandem Productions and Bron Studios, and co-financed by ZDF, Viaplay, CANAL+, NC+ and NPO; and as a development executive on The Man Who Fell to Earth, Moscow Noir, Sanctuary and The Lawyer.

James joined the team at NTM in July 2022 to head up development and coproductions. With a background in theatre, James was president of the drama society at Oxford University and worked as a director and producer in the West End, on the Edinburgh Fringe and as a teacher of acting for the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain before focusing on teaching theatre theory and practice in the UK and Germany. Recruited into television and film development in 2018 at SquareOne Produtions in Munich, James spent four years building and running a slate of international projects for the company in various languages, including working on L’ORA (Canale 5, Italy) and OXEN (ZDF/TV2, Denmark). During his time at SquareOne there he also worked closely with the acquisitions and distribution team both on television and feature film projects.

Adam's journey in the entertainment industry began at New Media Vision in the UK. There, he served as Executive Producer for the company's factual productions and formats, overseeing international format adaptations, including "THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA" for NBC (US). Adam then transitioned to NENT Studios UK, formerly known as DRG, where he was Senior Vice President for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) and Commercial Director, managing the company's AVOD strategy and co-productions.

In 2021, Adam joined Eccho Rights as Director of Co-productions, Acquisitions, and Development. He was responsible for building Eccho Rights' English-language pipeline, successfully co-producing five series in the first 18 months, including "VANISHING TRIANGLE" (Sundance/Virgin Media) and "GRANITE HARBOUR" (BBC). Currently, Adam holds the position of Director of Co-Productions & Distribution for NTM and Eccho Rights, overseeing the development and acquisitions of English language projects, as well as managing Eccho Rights' sales team and the UK office.

Prior to joining NTM in December 2021, Malte Ludin practiced in-house as senior legal counsel for many years with some of Germany‘s leading independent film and television companies, acquiring extensive knowledge of all legal and practical aspects of international and domestic media financing, production and distribution.

Malte holds degrees in both German and French law. He is admitted to practice as Rechtsanwalt.

Prior to joining NTM in January 2024, Michael worked for more than 14 years in different Finance positions in various media companies such as SKY, ProSiebenSat.1, Axel Springer and Turner Broadcasting.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hull.

Julia Fahrnbauer joined NTM in July 2021 from German Producer Ariane Krampe, where she worked for six years as Junior Producer and Executive Assistant.

There, she worked across many scripted productions for German linear television networks. She liaised closely with writers and directors across the development process of films and series, and with executive partners and technical teams during the pre and post-production processes.

Nicolette joined NTM in January 2022, having completed her Master’s in Media and Communication Management at Macromedia University in Munich. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Melbourne, Australia in Creative Arts, majoring in Creative and Professional Writing.

During her time in Australia, she interned in marketing at Zebra Productions and in copywriting at Taylor and Grace Branding Agency.
